Join the Chronicle’s editor, Stacy Palmer, as she interviews Trabian Shorters at the American Express Leadership Academy Global Alumni Summit. Trabian is head of BMe Community, an organization that trains Black leaders to bring about change and conducts diversity, equity, and inclusion training for foundations and social-impact organizations. His goal is to build a national movement that defines Black people by their aspirations and contributions and then to secure their freedom to live well, build wealth, vote, and excel.
